First, I have to note that these menu items are not endorsed by Weight Watchers. With that said, as a lifetime Weight Watchers member, I understand the daily struggles of trying to loose weight. Trying to find the time to prepare healthy meals while juggling work and family schedules makes it almost impossible to stay on track. To try and alleviate some of the stress that comes along with a lifestyle change, I have taken some of our favorite recipes and converted them to healthier options by using low-fat/non-fat creams, cheeses, soups, etc. I have also taken the time to calculate the Smart Points, per serving for each menu item.
